Six decades of provenance

A little saffron. A lot of history.

We are a multi-generational family purveyor in Paldi, Ahmedabad. Direct grower ties formed in the 1960s still guide every gram of kesar sent to Indian homes.

Roots in Paldi

Family trust on your shelf

For sixty years our elders traveled between Ahmedabad and Jammu & Kashmir, securing pure kesar directly from grower families. Long before Kashmir Saffron House, we operated quietly as Kesar Ghar, providing unadulterated saffron to temple trusts throughout western India.

Every gram is weighed and inspected by hand at our Paldi residence. We protect the unhurried preparation standards demanded by traditional vegetarian and Jain households.

Our core standard

Trust is the product.

No synthetic food colors, artificial fragrance, or laboratory health claims. Genuine kesar proves itself through natural aroma and slow steeping in warm milk.

Direct relationships established with smallholder growers across Pampore, harvesting crocus blooms in early morning frost.

Venerable Jain and Hindu shrines in Gujarat and Maharashtra began using our unadulterated threads for daily sacred rituals.

Our family established Kesar Ghar in Paldi, opening direct farm sourcing to home kitchens seeking verified purity.

Operating as Kashmir Saffron House, delivering authentic crop harvests, tea masalas, and ritual goods nationwide.
